Welcome to Improve My Life This Year. This site is my answer to a simple, yet profound question – What should I do to improve my life in one year? Since the time I first contemplated that question, I’ve read countless books, asked hundreds of people, researched tons of topics from ranging from health, happiness, career success, financial management, and love, and even done a few crazy experiments.Eventually arrived at this list – 365 ways to improve one’s life. Taken as a whole, it is a self-improvement curriculum for people who want to live the kind of life most others only dream of. Imagine your happiest, healthiest, coolest, most confident and successful self. Here’s the roadmap for improving your life and becoming that person, one day at a time.

This site’s layout is straightforward. It will hold 365 posts, one for each day of the year. Each post will teach you something new, and more importantly, lay out a specific action you must do that day. This is critical. Much like any other class you’ve ever taken, the personal transformation comes from the application of the material.
